Good Morning backers!
Thank you all again for being so responsive to answering our BackerKit survey—even though it may not seem like much as an individual backer, you have no idea how incredibly helpful this has been for me when trying to keep track of all 600 of you!
For those few of you who haven't yet completed the survey, let us remember that If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact our support.

Dear backers,
it's been a while since our last update, but we've been working hard to move the project forward.
Some of you asked when our Pledge Manager would start, and many also asked if there would be the chance to Late Pledge... and now we have an answer to both questions!
Backer Surveys and Late Pledges will be handled by Backerkit
Our Backerkit setup (including both Pledge Manager and Late Pledges/Pre-Orders) will officially go live on March 29th! A few backers may receive their survey in advance, as a part of the so called "Smoke Test"but you don't need to worry if you're not among this randomly-selected group.
You will all receive your surveys, starting from the official launch date. If you don't, however, don't hesitate to get in touch with us!
It is important that you respond to the survey as quickly as possible, as we need this information in order to implement and send you your rewards.
You do not need to create a BackerKit account to complete the survey.
When you receive the email with the survey, click on the survey link and answer the questions by entering your rewards preferences, shipping address and any additional items you wish to purchase.
Once you have responded to the survey, you can still change your responses at any time before the survey closes and get the final counts. If you need to review your information or the status of your commitment, you can return to your survey by clicking on the link in your email.
If you have used your Facebook credentials to access your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey has been sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account.
In the Pledge Manager, you will be able to purchase add-on items, and Backerkit will guide you through the whole process, including the addition of more funds on your already-pledged amount, if needed.
You will also be able to give us your delivery address, and/or to update it if you move before we ship you your rewards.

For all those who want to collect their rewards directly at one of our distribution points without incurring postal charges (Turin, Lucca Comics & Games 2019, Cuneo, Carbonia, Rome) you can choose this option by selecting as country of dispatch Aland Islands and as shipping address:
- Via Torino 1 - 10100 Torino if you want to collect in Torino
- Via Roma 1 - 00100 Roma if you want to make the retreat in Rome
- Via Carbonia 1 - 09013 South Sardinia if you want to make the withdrawal in Carbonia
- Via Lucca 1 - 55100 Lucca if you want to make the withdrawal at Lucca Comics 2019
- Via Cuneo 1 - 12100 Cuneo if you want to collect in Cuneo
The exact collection address will be communicated to you in the next updates.
